We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.
Issue identified,working on a fix for this incident.
Start of Rainbow Hub Sofphony potential issues due to the loss of monitoring of some softphone devices. Possible fail of incoming/outgoing calls with some softphone users. Deskphone calls not impacted.

We are currently investigating an incident impacting filesharing in EMEA and APAC.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Rainbow core service were re-established at 15:38. And Rainbow Hybrid telephony services were re-established at 15:57.
