The issue is now solved
We implemented a fix and currently monitoring the result.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.
A fix has been implemented. All services are now operating normally at this time.
We are currently facing a provider issue in Israel impacting telephony services. End user may see slownesses or may not be able to place or respond to a call.

Issue has been resolved after the fix deployed at 09:25. Monitoring since then has shown that the system was stable.
After additional monitoring we concluded that the issue is resolved.
We are monitoring the situation. All systems should be back to normal.
