We are investigating an issue affecting some incoming Rainbow Hub calls routed through a Call Queue. The SIP trunks currently identified in the affected scenarios are Alphalink and Telenet. Based on our analysis, the issue appears to have started on September 17, 2026.

In the affected scenario, a Call Queue agent answers the call on a desk phone and performs an attended transfer to another user:

    • Desk phone → desk phone: the call disconnects approximately 60–90 seconds after the transfer.

    • Desk phone → PC softphone: there is no audio after the transfer, followed by a disconnection.

The issue has not been observed in our tests with direct calls, regular groups, blind transfers, or calls answered and transferred from a PC softphone.

Where possible, users can temporarily use a blind transfer or answer and transfer Call Queue calls from a PC softphone.

Our technical teams are actively investigating the cause and working on a resolution. We will provide updates as soon as more information is confirmed.
