As part of the ongoing Rainbow migration to the new 3AZ infrastructure, ALE will start the progressive migration of Hybrid Telephony connectivity components from July 19.
After this operation, customer PBX new connections will be progressively re-established to the new 3AZ infrastructure.
The operation is designed to be transparent for customers. No major service impact is expected; however, short telephony re-registrations may occur for some users during specific migration steps.
Our teams will closely monitor the platform throughout the operation.
