    As part of the ongoing Rainbow migration to the new 3AZ infrastructure, ALE will perform a migration of Call Queue components.

    This operation is planned on July 20 at 20:00 CEST and is expected to impact Rainbow Call Queue services for up to 30 minutes.

    During this operation, customers using Call Queues will experience temporary service interruptions.

    Our teams will closely monitor the platform throughout the operation.
